1. About Happy Paws

Happy Paws helps pet-care businesses manage clients, pets, sitters, services and visits in one place. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use the service. By using Happy Paws, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

2. Your account

Google provides sign-in for Happy Paws. Please keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Information in your workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you add to Happy Paws, including client and pet information. You must have the necessary permission to store and use that information.

4. Plans and payment

Happy Paws offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is available with monthly or yearly billing and renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. We show the price, currency, taxes and billing period before you confirm payment.

Paddle.com is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for paid transactions. Paddle processes payments, calculates taxes, issues invoices and provides payment-related support under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your active Pro plan from your Happy Paws account. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable policy and any rights required by law.

6. Appropriate use

Please do not use Happy Paws for unlawful purposes, access another person’s workspace, misuse personal information, upload harmful content, bypass plan limits or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.

7. Ownership

Happy Paws, including its software, design and branding, belongs to its respective owners. You keep the rights to the information you provide. You give us only the limited permission needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Happy Paws available, but maintenance, outages and third-party services may occasionally affect it. We may update features or these Terms as the service changes. The date above shows when these Terms were last updated.

9. Important limitations

Happy Paws is an organizational tool. It is not veterinary, legal, tax, insurance or emergency-care advice. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and do not limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so.
