Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Paddle payments

Paddle.com is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, invoices and recurring billing, and provides buyer support for payment-related issues.

2. Cancelling your plan

You can cancel an active Pro plan from your Happy Paws account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. You will normally keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Changing your billing cycle

If eligible, you can move from Monthly to Yearly billing through Paddle’s subscription update flow. Paddle may apply a prorated charge or credit for the change, along with any applicable taxes or payment requirements. A Yearly plan cannot be changed back to Monthly during the current term. Paddle determines the final amount and effective date, and Happy Paws updates your local plan after Paddle confirms the change.

4. Refund requests

If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact Paddle Buyer Support using the email on your account and your Paddle receipt. Requests are handled under Paddle’s applicable buyer and refund policy, as well as any rights required by law. A refund is not guaranteed for every transaction.

5. Duplicate or unrecognized charges

Please report duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges as soon as possible. We may ask for a receipt ID or transaction date to investigate. Never send a card number, security code, password or access token.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our billing flow or legal requirements change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
